Web Publisher Agreement

In order for your site to qualify for Brightserve representation, you must enter into a Web Publisher Agreement with Brightserve. The Agreement:

  • prohibits any content deemed inappropriate by BrightServe at its sole discretion.
  • requires that web sites place BrightServe ads above the fold on their web pages.
  • prohibits using robots to generate fake ad impressions or click-throughs.
  • requires that web sites have traffic of at least 500,000 unique pageviews per month.
